It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randolph R. Cooper (Hemingway, South Carolina), who passed away on July 15, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; and his siblings, Joann M. Cooper, Peter L. Cooper, Roosevelt "Ted" Pressley and Willie Pressley.
He is survived by: his children, Dwight Cooper, Larry Chappelle and Valerie Chappelle; his sisters, Mary "Jesse" Brown of Newark, DE, Farritha E. Cooper of Hemingway, SC, Laura V. (George) of Nesmith, SC and Doris Scott of Bronx; his aunt Francenia P. Gadsden of Queens, NY; and his sister-in-law Doretha Cooper of Nesmith, SC. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
