He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Baxley, Sr. and Mary Estelle Springs Baxley; and his son-in-law Leland Foxworth. He is survived by: his wife Sara Cribb Baxley; his children, Lonnie Baxley (Brenda) of Hemingway, SC, Ann Lerch (Pat) of Hampton, SC and Rhonda Cockfield (Tony) of Hemingway, SC; and his siblings, Billie Ann Berg (Happy) and Jimmy Baxley (Evelyn). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
