He was predeceased by: his father Rev. Harry A. Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Ann Owens Lewis; his son Austin Lewis; and his siblings, Shorty Lewis (Glenda), Joey Lewis (Connie), Lisa Daniels (Allen) and Leslie Hartfield (Paul).
