She was predeceased by: her parents, William Julius and Clara Tyler Owens; and her sons, James Randall Mercer and Mark Edward Mercer. She is survived by: her husband Guy Wilson "Billy" Mercer; her son Kevin Mercer (Bryanna Ware); and her grandchildren, Tabitha Mercer, Eden Olivia Mercer and Nicholas Edward Mercer.
