It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ann Banks of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, born in Jonesville, Virginia, who passed away on February 4, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Houston Bonham and Hazel Bonham (Miles); her husband Carl F. Banks, Jr.; her son Thomas Perry; her granddaughter Melissa Shirley; and her siblings, Mary Lou Adams, Paul, David and Benjamin Bonham.
She is survived by: her son-in-law George; her daughters, Patricia Livermore (George) and Carol Ann Wickett (Scott) of Charles Town, WV; her sisters, Bonnie Eskenasi, Lila Presley and Jeanna Krovich; her grandchildren, Annie Wickett, Heather Remsburg (Scott), Daniel Herring (Evelyn), Jennifer Herring, Kyle Silver, Lucy Silver, Roy Perry and Thomas Perry, Jr. (Sarah); and her pet Bitsy. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ann's name to the Alzheimer's Association, 1850 York Road, Suite D, Timonium, MD 21093.
