She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Regina Simon and Norman Simon; her husband Douglas Tozour; her children, Paul Tozour and Karla Toensing (Brady); her grandchildren, Zachary, Adelaide and Lily; and her brothers, Norman Simon (Kathleen) and Patrick Simon.
In lieu of flowers, if you feel inclined, The National Liberty Museum in Philadelphia and The Wexford Foundation on Hilton Head were dear to Gail's heart.
