Lois Raye Wastler Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 13, 2025, at the age of 80, Lois Raye Wastler of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Lois Raye leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Wastler and Carrie Wastler (Tressler) of Thurmont, MD.; her sister Phyllis; and her brother-in-law Herb Martin. She is survived by: her siblings, Edith Wastler Hilton Head (late Richard), Bonnie Nikirk Thurmont (late Glenn) and Wayne Wastler Thurmont (Carolyn).
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the SIX Oaks Cemetery (175 Greenwood Dr, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928).
