He was predeceased by: his father Rodney Gene Peters. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Lee Peters (Redmond); his wife Laura Leigh Peelor; his siblings, Stephanie Lee Phillips Markstein (David Berman) of West Chester, PA, Shannon Lee Peters Banks (Richard) of Chertsey and Samantha Lee Terrell (Joshua) of Binghamton, NY.; his nieces and nephews, Arielle Markstein, Mackenzie Markstein, Madeline Banks, Jennings Terrell and Sterling Terrell; his mother-in-law Kathy Peelor of McMurray, PA; and his sister-in-law Jennifer Peelor of Bethel Park, PA.. He is also survived by his family, friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Raleigh's memory to: Grove City College, Providence Presbyterian Church, Evans Scholars Foundation.
