He was predeceased by : his parents, Clifton Hollis Lowery and Mildred Weatherford Lowery. He is survived by : his sisters, Glenda Lowery Bilton (Bobby) of Elloree and Bonnie Lowery Hayes (Hank) of Aiken. He is also survived by 3 nieces and 2 nephews as well as 8 great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Cliff's memory may be sent to Sandridge First Baptist Church, the church he grew up in, 4677 State Road, Ridgeville, South Carolina, 29472.
