He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Howell, Sr. and Queenie Mae Sanders Howell; his stepmother Annette L. Howell; and his siblings, Randolph, Bernard Howell and Angela Howell Warren.
He is survived by: his siblings, Johnell Howell (Darlene), Rudolph Howell of Detroit, MI, Willie Ladson, Timothy Howell of Cross, SC and Carol Howell of Savannah, GA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and dear friends.
