He is survived by: his wife Sheryl; his children, Tammy Vanderwey (Ron), Bryan Nichols (Marcy), Tina Simmons (Rick) and Sherry Crawford (Kip); his grandchildren, Shaun Nichols (Michele), Virginia Walters (Daniel), Justin Nichols (Nikki), William Holliday (Sarah), Joseph Simmons (Britney), Alicia Prosser (Matthew), Heather Courson (Joseph), Rebekah Grant (Jon), Tiffany Parris (Austin), Rachel Crawford, Lindsay Vanderwey and Aaron Vanderwey; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Adeline, Ivanlea Walters, Gavin, Emogene, Anson Nichols, Ian, Ariel Holliday, Hallie, Easton, Brayden, Hudson Simmons, Harper, Nolan, Chandler, Maddox Prosser, Jaxon, Lukas Courson, Sawyer, Ellis Grant, Cullette and Callahan Parris; and his siblings, Norma Moy (Dick), Nancy Sidoti (Fred) and Ronald Nichols (Donna). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Miles Road Baptist Church (816 Miles Road 44022). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
