He was predeceased by: his parent Robert T. Phillips. He is survived by: his spouse Martha Andrews Phillips; his parent Kathleen Payne Phillips; and his siblings-in-law, Bill, Debbie Andrews of Donalds and Bonnie Hellams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
