He is survived by : his children, Kevin Derwin (Vicky) of Hopkins, SC and Darrius; his wife Laurina Jennings Nowell; his children, Edward Nowell, Jr. of Hopkins, SC, Gregory Nowell of Hopkins, SC, Leroy Nowell, Jr. (Ucelar) of Houston, TX, Darris Nowell (Sunday) of San Diego, CA and Roberta Nowell; his brothers, Charlie Nowell of Boynton Beach, FL, Roosevelt Nowell of Boynton Beach, FL and Leroy Nowell of Washington; his mother-in-law Louise Burton; and his siblings-in-law, Claude Jenkins, Melvin, Eddie, Stanley, Ronald, Jerry Burton, Gloria Jenkins, Dale Stocker, Lula Stroman and Christine Beck. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, a host of other loving relatives and caring friends.
