He is survived by : his wife Beverly Ann Bligen-Smith; his children, Tyler David Smith, Tayler Pierre Smith, Tadrien Khalid Smith and Tiah Gabrielle Smith; his granddaughters, Elloree Blige Smith and Lilah Ann Brown; his mother Lavarnia Forsh; his siblings, Ronald Forsh (Margaret), David Forsh (Catherin) and Krystal Dotson (Thadius); his siblings-in-law, Benjamin Bligen (Monica), Robert Bligen, Kevin Bligen (Cheron) and Michelle Bligen-Cox (Charles); and his aunts, Sharon Anderson and Debra Parker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
