He is survived by : his significant other Essie Mae Howard-Young; his children, Veronica Wingate (Timothy), Frances Ephraim (Daniel) and Angelo Jackson (Elaine); his grandchildren, Tierra Howard, Y'Preshus Goodwin (Alford), Timiyah Wingate, Amari Ephraim, Amber Ephraim, Skyy Hinson, Eric Davis, Alford Goodwin IV, Ryin, Ryli Howard-Reddrick, Aaron Goodwin, Anya Goodwin, Channing Daniels and A'King Goodwin; his siblings, Gwendolyn Barnes, Shirley Ann Howard, Kenneth Howard, Siliem Mayun and Adolphus Howard; his siblings-in-law, Martin and Rebecca Howard; and his nieces, Debra James-Bell, Angela James and Tawanis Fashaw. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
