Baylor David is survived by: parents, Lyndsey Ballenger (Glover) and Adam Ballenger of Inman; brother Banks Ballenger; grandparents, David, Rhonda Sawyer Glover, Wayne and Kay Wilds Ballenger; great-grandparents, Wayne, Mary Sawyer, Ray and Jeanne Glover; and great-great-grandparent Tena Sawyer.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Spartanburg Regional Foundation, NICU fund.
