He was predeceased by: his parents, James Russell Williams and Louise Eubanks Williams; and his brother Gary Lee Williams. He is survived by: his sons, Rusty Williams (Trina) of Fort Collins, Colorado and Drew Williams (Tammy); and his grandchildren, Jay Williams, Samantha Williams, Knox Williams and Cannon Williams.
