It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hazel Stewart Brown of Inman, South Carolina, born in Landrum, South Carolina, who passed away on January 2, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Truman Carl Stewart and Maggie Garner Stewart; her husband Clarence William Brown; her son David Brown; and her siblings, Ruth Wolfe, Boyd Stewart and Raymond Stewart.

She is survived by : her daughter Gail Washburn of Inman; her sister Betty Lewis; and her grandchildren, Curtis Greene (Rosenit), Perry Greene (Christie), Trisha Allen (David) and Ryan Greene. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Inman First Baptist Church 14 N Howard St. Inman, SC 29349.
