He is survived by: his children, Wendy Renee Campbell, Cammy Ronette Campbell and Marky Blackwell; his brother Steve Lockhart; his grandchildren, Dylan Morris, Cameron Blackwell, Dallas Blackwell, Jessie Blackwell and London Moss; and his great grandchildren, Carson Blackwell and Harper Morris.
