He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Law Kearse; his sons, Stacy Kearse (Renae) of Jacksonville, FL and Stuart Kearse (Marlana) of Lexington, SC; his brother Robert "Bob" Kearse of Union, SC; his granddaughter Ellie Kearse; his stepgrandchildren, Patrick of Lexington, SC, Caleb of Lexington, SC and Madison Coleman of Lexington, SC; his sibling's children, Scott Kearse of Simpsonville, SC, Jeff Kearse of Dacola, GA, Christie Lovinggood of Inman, Kelsey Cook of Duncan, Carrie Aistrop of Hartsville and Megan Turk; his brother-in-law Jimmy (Paula Law) of Hartsville; Cathy and Everette Matthews of Inman. He is also survived by cousins and great nieces and nephews.
