It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur W. Biber Jr. of Irmo, South Carolina, born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on May 1, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur W. Biber, Sr. and Louise Morris Biber. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Howard Biber; his sons, Samuel Steven "Steve" Biber of Saint Matthews, SC and Harold Arthur "Hal" Biber of Springfield, OH; his stepsons, Michael Wesley "Mike" Howard of Nashville, TN and Rex Ashley Howard of Lawrenceville, GA; and his brothers, Joseph Morris Biber (Joe) of Spartanburg, SC and Reginald Eugene Biber II (Gene) of Gilbert, AZ. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces.
