He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Cody Culbreth. He is survived by: his parents, Croom Culbreth (Pamela) and Pamela A. Spigner Culbreth (Edward); and his siblings, Jeffrey Ryan Croom (Marcia), Matthew Harrison Culbreth (Kerrie), Jennifer LeAnn Croom, Mary Elizabeth Culbreth Oertel and Sarah Rebecca Culbreth Hoover (John). He is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews.
