He is survived by: his parent Thomas Blackwell; his sibling Fay Fisher; his spouse Leilani Pruitt Blackwell; and his daughters, Tammy R. Bedrosian (Steve), Angela Q. Williams, Wanda Q. Berry (Chip) and Judy Q. Holden (Glen). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
