He is survived by: his parent Sarah Faglier Kitchens; his husband Sylvia Laverne Guy Kitchens; his sisters, Martha Scott and JoAnn Sodd; his daughters, Deborah Ann Simmel (Jon-Frederick), Donna Kitchens Wagner (Robert) and Angela Michelle Floyd (Dean); his grandchildren, Caroline Gillion Simmel, Jon-Christian Thomas Simmel, Caitlin Elease Wagner, Grant Avery Wagner and Katherine Lilly Floyd; and his sister Sarah LaFavor.
