He is survived by: his mother Margaret Sowell; his wife Renee Sowell; his sons, Skeet Sowell (Sandy), Jess Sowell and Charlie Sowell; his granddaughter Hope Sowell; his siblings, Boykin Sowell (Jan), Tavane Reposa (Ken) and Eve Glezen (John); and his close friend Tim Goodson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
