She was predeceased by: her father Victor A. Lebednik. She is survived by: her mother Ann Inabinet Lebednik; and her siblings, Joan L. Wilkins (Rick), Julie L. Dean (Clyde) and Mark Lebednik. She is also survived by four nephews.
