He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Moates Fisher; his brother Rickey Fisher; and his nephew Rickey Baker. He is survived by: his parent Marion F. Fisher; his wife Cherie C. Fisher; his children, Nicole Fisher Guzman (Lee), Shawn Peeples, Richard Chaney, Dallas and Dalton Fisher; his grandchildren, Draven, Saylor and Braylee; his siblings, Von Fisher (Rose) and Joyce Fisher; and his niece Ashley Baker.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the music or youth program at Irmo Family Worship Center.
