With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Scoggins (Irmo, South Carolina), born in Sumter, South Carolina, who passed away on March 21, 2020 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carol Scoggins and Peggy Robinson Scoggins; his wife Kelly Hallman Scoggins; his sons, Daniel and Coleman Scoggins; and his sister Lynn Scoggins Gilliand.
