He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Alfred Powell, Sr. and Mary Leonard Powell. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Powell of Irmo, SC; his son Travis Ryder Powell, Sr. (Jenny) of Lexington, SC; his grandson Travis Ryder Powell, Jr.; and his siblings, Bonnie Seaton (Ralph) of Willards, MD, Ted Powell (Lynne) and Joe Powell of Delmar, MD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
