We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2020, at the age of 87, Ernestine Hardee Stone in Irmo, South Carolina, born in Loris, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Franklin Hardee and Isla Hardee Matthews; her husband Guy Larue Stone; and her siblings, Opal Allen, Ruby Hardee, Willie Carter and Billy Matthews.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Stone Floyd (Sam); her granddaughter Katelyn Floyd (Steven); her siblings, Fannie Rabon (Hinson), Linda Campbell (Ravenel) and Tommy Matthews (Pat); and her sister-in-law Vickie Matthews. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
We ask those that do attend the graveside service to practice social distancing and mask guidelines.
