He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Milton Vance and Alice Riddick Cullipher; his brother Merlin Vance Cullipher; his wife Betty Thomas Cullipher; his children, Mary Daniels (Mark) of Edenton, NC, Jimmy Cullipher (Dreama) of Creedmoor, NC, Martha Kirby (Don) of Union, KY and Elizabeth Pollard (J. B.) of Falmouth, KY; his grandchildren, Ginny Toppin (Ricky), Sarah Daniels, Luke, Kara Cullipher, Sam, Jack, Beth Kirby, Keeley and Kade Pollard; his sister-in-law Janet McClure; his nephew Brad Stanley (Jennene); and his great-nephew Curtis of Norman, Oklahoma.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Riverside Baptist Church in Merry Hill, NC or to Salem United Methodist Church in Irmo, SC.
