She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Juan Advincula Fagtanac and Emerita Castro Fagtanac. She is survived by: her child Caz; her husband Mack Douglas Jacobs; her children, Jessica Ashley Jacobs and Mack Dalton Jacobs; and her siblings, Lovelle Nguyen (Ty) and Steven Furie (Jennifer). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Our Lady of the Hills Catholic Church, 120 Marydale Lane, Columbia, S.C. 29210.
