He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford Koon and Leona Koon. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Koon (JP); his children, Shannon Koon, Stephanie Floyd (Jack), Michael Mitchell (Jackie), Jerold Mitchell (Amber) and Charles McKinnon IV (Erica); his sister Wanda Karbach; and his grandchildren, Dustin Floyd, Brittney Mitchell, Emmaleigh McKinnon, Lauren Mitchell, Ricky McKinnon, Cecilia Mitchell and Chloe Mitchell.
