He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Francis and Doris Audrey Runyon Howard; and his brothers, Gary and David Howard. He is survived by: his wife Mildred "Millie" Howard of Columbia; his children, Shannon F. Howard of Sonoma, CA, Martin Baker of Lexington and Kelley Royster (Derek Scott) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Chloe, Faline Howard, Austin Wurtz, Carson and C. J. Royster; and his sister Carol Grosenbacker of Cuyahoga Falls, OH. He is also survived by one niece and six nephews.
