It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lisa Heles Wilkerson of Irmo, South Carolina, born in Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on November 27, 2020, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Dorothy Evelyn Davis and Marvin Benson Davis. She is survived by: her parent Garey Davis Gibbs of Yemassee; her husband Len Irving Wilkerson; her children, Jordan Renee Rye of Irmo and Andrew Thomas Rye of Irmo; her stepdaughter Jordan Ruth Wilkerson of Irmo; her brother John Walter Gibbs, Jr. (Katherine Hall) of Greenville; her aunt Marian Elaine Davis of Columbia; and her stepfather John Walter Gibbs, Sr. of Yemassee.
It is the request of the family that all adhere to COVID-19 recommendations including wearing a mask and practicing appropriate distancing.
