She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Earl Blanchard and Ruby Cooler Blanchard; and her husband Jack H. Welchel. She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Formyduvall; her grandchildren, Caroline and Catie Formyduvall; and her niece Carol Stewart.
