She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Killey and Jennie Killey; her husband Dean McDowell; and her siblings, Helen "Jean" Martin and Victor "Vic" Killey.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Phillip, Sandra Karen (Dean), Phil McDowell (Sandy) and Jennie Rucker (Phil); and her grandchildren, Erin Richardson (Kyle), Rae Vestal (Tanner), Jacob Rucker, Christy Rucker, Rebecca Cox and Daniel Cox. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
