It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Frances Mullen Hipp (Irmo, South Carolina), who passed away on July 23, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Archer Mullen and Frances Dellinger Mullen; her husband Clarence O. "C. O."; her son Patrick A. Hipp; and her siblings, Robert E. Mullen and Shirley E. Mullen.
She is survived by: her children, Susan H. Newman of Columbia, Clarence "Chuck" O. Hipp, Jr. (Eve) of Blythewood and Mark E. Hipp (Trisha) of Tampa, FL; and her sister Jane M. Whitaker (Ed). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great-grandsons.
