She is survived by: her sister Carla; her brother-in-law Al Fallaw of Gilbert; her children, Jamison Whitlock (Melissa), Ryan Whitlock, Adam Cook, Dana Whitlock and Caroline Raley (Ryan); and her grandchildren, Zachary, Thomas Alden, London, Luke, Lawson Whitlock, Randy Metcalf, Taylor Metcalf and Cooper Raley. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
