He was predeceased by: his parents, Royal Eugene Lever and Eva Folk Lever; his son-in-law George Scott Bollinger; and his brother Lawson Lever. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Amick Lever; his daughter Elizabeth L. Bollinger; his sister-in-law Ruth Lever; and his grandchildren, Michael Bollinger and Kayla Bollinger.
