He is survived by: his mother Lorretta Kay Wingler Buelow; his pet Little Girl; his son Dylan Charles Rice; his grandson Xander Charles Rice; and his siblings, David Rice (Toby), Russell Rice, Dawn Marie Allen and Francine Murphy (Mark). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
