He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Henderson and Katie McRae Henderson; and his siblings, Corbett, Thomas, Clayton, Richard Henderson and Betty Wooley.
He is survived by: his sisters, Blanche Lineberry and Elga Mae Vuncannon; his wife Rebecca Hill Henderson; his children, Bonnie Kay H. Rankin (Marc) of Irmo, SC and Robert A.; his grandchildren, Caroline Burt (Derek) of Fort Wainwright, Alaska, Cameron A. Rankin (Leila) of Columbia, SC, Sidney Henderson (Trey Gardner), Rachel Henderson of Fuquay, Christopher and Jason Henderson; and his great grandchildren, Allison, Reagan, Kinsley, Gunner Burt, Nora and Lily Rankin. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
