He is survived by: his wife Bettie Atchley Maxwell; his sons, Matthew Maxwell (Jennifer) of Martinsville, Ind. and Todd Maxwell of Martinsville, Ind.; his stepchildren, Jeff Floyd (Rae) of Martinsville, Kevin Floyd (Janelle) of Martinsville and Tami Marshall (Frank) of Rembert, SC; his grandchildren, Logan Maxwell, Jonathan Maxwell, Kaylynne Maxwell, Elizabeth Maxwell, Trevor Griswold, Levi Floyd, Lucas Floyd, Harper Floyd, Taylor Cross and Savana Floyd; his great grandchild David Griswold; and his brothers, Roger Maxwell (Kathryn) of Martinsville, Ind., David Maxwell of Martinsville, Ind. and Chris Maxwell (Nancy) of Martinsville, Ind..
