He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wesley Crosby and Clara Elizabeth Hearn Crosby; and his brothers, Charles Wesley Crosby, Jr., Thomas Edward Crosby and William Carl Crosby.

He is survived by: his wife Emma Lee Howard Crosby; and his children, Ricky Crosby (Patti), Rhonda K Leonhardt (Phillip), Timothy Roy Jenkins, Frances Lee Clarke (Tommy) and Barry Dennis Jenkins. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation, 200 SE 1st Street, Suite 800, Miami, FL 33131.
