She was predeceased by: her husband William L. Vaughan of Chester, Virginia.. She is survived by: her children, William Lee Vaughan, Jr. (Jennie) of Ponte Vedra, FL, Steven L. Vaughan (Beverlee), Jenny Vaughan Giannaros (Jim) of Columbia, SC and Connie Vaughan Kaplan (Will) of Glendale, CA.; her sister Mary West Gant of La Crescenta, CA; and her grandchildren, Lionel, Les, Marsha, Ashley, Stephanie, Tori, Sara and Daniel.
She suffered from diabetes and we ask that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association in lieu of flowers.
