He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Roy Culbertson, Sr. and Helen Monroe Culbertson Reynolds; and his wife Gail Smith Culbertson. He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Gregory Culbertson (Pam) of Newberry, SC and Timothy Smith Culbertson (Amanda) of Blaine, MN; his grandsons, Joshua Ruff (Whitney), Tommy Burch, John Thomas Culbertson and Anthony Smith Culbertson; his great grandchild Lincoln J. Ruff; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Jean Franklin and Stephanie Smith.
