She was predeceased by : her parents, Andrew Dunn and Olive Naggle; her husband James Carter; her children, Patricia Gleaton, Debbie Burns, Jack Carter and William Carter; and her siblings, Mack Williams, Eugene Dunn, Ida Bell Mosley, William Dunn, Callie Jewell, Katie Prope and Jule Owens.
She is survived by : her children, Tony Carter (Barbara), Tim Carter (Wallean), Lorraine Nichols (Marvin) and Andy Carter; and her sister Burdie Feltman. She is also survived by 34 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
