With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jo Thompson (Jefferson, South Carolina), born in York, South Carolina, who passed away on July 22, 2021 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her mother Doris Sue Brown; her husband Buster Thompson; and her brother Edwin Brown. She is survived by : her daughter Donna Oliver (Lynn) of Jefferson, SC; her grandchildren, Sheldon Moree, Carley Moree and Madelaine Oliver; and her sisters, Sylvia Hilton (Carl) of Lancaster, SC, Freddie Brown (Shirley) of Conway, SC and Frankie Brown (Peggy) of Kershaw, SC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to a Hospice organization of one's choice or to any organization supporting cancer research.
