She was predeceased by : her parents, George Herbert and Mattie Mae Goins Kelley; her granddaughter Pamala Gainey; and her great grandchild Dalton Nelson. She is survived by : her children, Mattie Lori Torres of Mt. Croghan and Herbert Smith (Tracy) of Columbia, SC; her grandchildren, Stephanie Smith of Pageland, SC, Brittany Gainey of Mt. Croghan, SC, Christa Gainey of Mt. Croghan, SC, Austin Smith of Pageland, SC, Jake Smith of Columbia, SC and Cameron Smith of Columbia, SC; her sisters, Phyllis Hopkins of Great Falls, SC and Barbara Clark of Chester, SC; her grandfather Mason Elks of Mt. Croghan, SC; and her close friend Teresa Ramirez of Mt. Croghan, SC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
