With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shelva Jean Catoe Hunter of Jefferson, South Carolina, who passed away on May 9, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, William Adolphus Catoe and Allie Rollings Catoe; her husband Johnny Everett Hunter; and her brother Broadus Rollins. She is survived by : her sisters, Peggy Gainey (Tom) of Ridgeway, SC and Lynda Gibson of Reno, NV; and her nieces and nephews, Marcella Lloyd of Florence, SC, Kelley Watson of Ridgeway, SC, Jeffrey Boatwright of Columbia, SC and Darien Gibson of Reno, NV. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
